Truma is top for jobs. The Putzbrunn-based company that specialises in caravan and motor home accessories has been awarded the TOP JOB seal for the first time. The award singles out the best employers among medium-sized companies in Germany. Truma impressed the judges with excellent employer qualities in the areas of staff development, training, individual responsibility and ideas management. The family-owned company also scores particularly well for the helpful and considerate atmosphere between colleagues, its social company culture and numerous employee benefits.

Comprehensive staff survey

The highly respected seal is based on a comprehensive staff survey of the participating companies, organised by the zeag GmbH Centre for Employer Attractiveness.
Academic supervision of the benchmarking exercise is provided by the Institute of Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St Gallen.

Success at the first attempt

Truma Managing Director Robert Strauß and Chief Human Relations Officer Uta Neuner received the award on 23 February 2018 in Berlin from TOP JOB mentor Wolfgang Clement, a former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs. "We are proud to have been awarded the seal at our first attempt", says Robert Strauß. "We offer our employees an open, modern environment that lets them work flexibly and efficiently across teams and contribute their own ideas. The TOP JOB award is a great incentive for us to make ourselves even more attractive as an employer."
